An annual tradition in Metamora, the Hunt Country Stable Tours are taking place on Sunday, August 12.
The tour costs $25 per adult and $5 for kids under 12; money raised from the event helps maintain the bridle paths around Metamora. Tickets may be purchased at the White Horse Inn.
Show up at the Hunt Kennels, located at 5614 Barber Road, from 11 am-2:30 pm to get started. These are self-guided tours that allow you to tour six stables. Volunteers will be at each farm to direct you on where to park and to answer any questions.
